By using TUIX, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Use of the service
TUIX provides a tuition payment platform and rewards program for families and schools. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Payments and fees
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. ACH bank transfers incur a 0.9% fee (minimum $2, maximum $25 per transaction). Card payments incur a 3.1% fee. These fees are charged to the payer at the time of transaction.
Rewards program
Points are earned on completed tuition payments and can be redeemed through the TUIX rewards catalog. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. TUIX reserves the right to modify earn rates and catalog items at any time.
Limitation of liability
TUIX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
