We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and school affiliation — when you sign up, make a payment, or contact us. We also collect payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the TUIX service, process tuition payments, send transactional notifications, and administer your rewards balance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data security
All payment data is processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We follow industry best practices for securing stored data.
